Operating Notice: DNC Finder is owned and operated by Fusion Leads LLC. DNC Finder may be used only for lawful phone-number screening, suppression, data-quality, and compliance-support workflows.

1. Permitted Uses

DNC Finder may be used only for lawful phone-number screening, internal suppression list management, data-quality verification, and compliance-support workflows.

2. Authorized Data Submission

Users must have legal authority and lawful basis to submit every phone number entered into the system or uploaded via CSV or API. Users must not use DNC Finder for unlawful calling or texting, harassment, fraud, discrimination, stalking, or unrelated consumer profiling.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reconstructing government registries or upstream provider databases;
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing raw provider data;
  • Sharing account credentials, session tokens, or API keys outside authorized organizational personnel;
  • Circumventing authentication, rate limits, source restrictions, or system security;
  • Scraping provider endpoints or deploying unauthorized automated data extractors;
  • Uploading malware, scripts, or malicious code designed to disrupt operations;
  • Uploading sensitive non-phone data, including Social Security numbers, government IDs, health records, banking information, or passwords.

4. Representation of Results

Users may not represent a DNC Finder result as legal advice, government certification, guaranteed compliance, or proof that a number is safe to call. Users may not publicly accuse a person of being a litigator, fraudster, or wrongdoer based solely on an informational provider match.

5. Enforcement and Account Suspension

Fusion Leads LLC reserves the right to investigate, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate suspected misuse without prior notice where necessary to protect consumers, providers, the Service, or legal compliance. Fusion Leads LLC may preserve or disclose relevant information where legally required by subpoena, court order, or regulatory directive.
