DNC Finder is a centralized software interface owned and operated by Fusion Leads LLC. It does not own or operate government do-not-call registries.
When a customer submits a phone number, DNC Finder may transmit that number to one or more independent providers selected for the requested checks. Providers may return DNC-related indicators, line type, carrier or validity information, location information, internal suppression matches, or litigation, complaint, blacklist, or other risk indicators.
Providers may include FreeDNCList.com and other current or future data, telecommunications, infrastructure, and screening vendors. Naming a provider does not imply that it sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with DNC Finder.
Upstream providers maintain independent terms, data sources, update cycles, and operational limits. For example, published terms of upstream providers describe their output as informational, place verification and compliance responsibility on the user, and disclaim completeness, currency, and error-free operation.
Sources may be official, derivative, aggregated, proprietary, delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or limited geographically. Source coverage, update schedules, matching methods, and accuracy vary. Unless a result expressly identifies a source and its applicable date, the result must not be interpreted as a direct or current official-registry result.
DNC Finder may add, replace, suspend, or remove providers. A provider failure can produce an incomplete result, which must not be treated as a no-match result.
Results are informational. They are not legal advice, a compliance certification, a safe-harbor determination, or authorization to call or text. Customers must independently evaluate consent, exemptions, internal do-not-call requests, campaign purpose, calling time, seller and telemarketer registration, SAN and area-code coverage, and applicable federal and state requirements.
