We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you encounter any technical issues or are dissatisfied with the scrubbing results, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
Refunds are available for accounts that have processed fewer than 5,000 total records. Once a significant volume of data has been scrubbed and downloaded, the service is considered fully rendered and is non-refundable.
To request a refund, please email support@thedncproject.org with your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Subscriptions or credits purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for refunds. Service interruptions caused by third-party registry maintenance (FTC/FCC) are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
