1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The DNC Project, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

2. Compliance Responsibility

While our tool provides scrubbing services, the final responsibility for legal compliance lies with the user. You must maintain your own Subscription Authorization Number (SAN) where required by law.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use our services for legitimate business scrubbing purposes. Any attempt to reverse engineer the platform or use it for unauthorized data harvesting is strictly prohibited.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates are typically performed during off-peak hours to minimize disruption.
