DNC Finder is a centralized software and information service owned and operated by Fusion Leads LLC. It sends customer-submitted phone numbers to selected independent providers and organizes available responses.
DNC Finder is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not own or operate government do-not-call registries, does not certify compliance, and does not authorize calls or texts. No match, clean, warning, blocked, DNC, line-type, risk, or similar result determines whether a communication is lawful.
Results may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, outdated, or inaccurate. Customers must independently evaluate consent, revocation, exemptions, internal do-not-call requests, seller and telemarketer registration, SAN and area-code coverage, campaign purpose, calling time, caller identification, technology, scripts, recordings, and federal and state requirements.
Use of DNC Finder cannot guarantee avoidance of complaints, carrier blocking, regulatory investigations, penalties, demands, or litigation. Reports, logs, and downloads generated by DNC Finder are records of queries performed and do not constitute court certificates, immunity shields, or proof of regulatory safe-harbor eligibility.
